Welcome to Boxerlite. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and boxing coaching services provided by Coach Eddie Aguilar at 214 45th St, Lubbock, TX 79404. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Services
Boxerlite provides professional boxing coaching, personal training, group classes, and related fitness services. Our programs include but are not limited to:
- Personal one-on-one boxing coaching
- Group boxing classes
- Women's boxing programs
- Teen boxing programs (with parental consent)
- Kickboxing training
2. Membership & Payments
By purchasing a membership or booking sessions, you agree to the following:
- All fees are due in advance for the billing period selected
- Memberships auto-renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date
- Refunds are provided only in accordance with our refund policy
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Sessions cancelled 24+ hours in advance may be rescheduled at no charge
- Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable
- Monthly memberships may be cancelled with written notice 7 days before renewal
- No refunds are issued for partial months of membership
4. Health & Safety
Important: Boxing and combat sports carry inherent risks of injury. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge these risks and agree to our liability waiver.
All members and participants must:
- Complete a health questionnaire and waiver before their first session
- Disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries
- Obtain medical clearance if recommended by their physician
- Wear appropriate athletic attire and protective equipment during training
- Follow all safety instructions provided by Coach Eddie and staff
5. Code of Conduct
All members and visitors are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment:
- Treat all members, staff, and coaches with respect
- No aggressive or unsportsmanlike behavior outside of supervised training
- No use of alcohol, tobacco, or illegal substances on the premises
- Keep the gym clean and return equipment after use
- Follow hygiene guidelines including wearing clean clothing and using towels
6. Minors
Participants under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign all required waivers and consent forms. Parents/guardians are encouraged to be present during sessions or must provide emergency contact information.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design elements — is the property of Boxerlite and Coach Eddie Aguilar. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boxerlite and Coach Eddie Aguilar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our services or website.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
